Soham Heart foundation is is a Non Government Organization in Nerul ,Navi Mumbai the State of Maharashtra , India established in 2017 .

Aim & Objective of Soham Heart Foundation:

1. To create awareness regarding heart disease amongst society.

2. Take care of patients with heart disease.

3. To do counseling of patient with heart disease regarding symptoms, sighs, diagnosis and treatment

4. To plan for the facilities of prevention, early diagnosis & treatment of Heart Disease.

5. To provide moral support to patients and their families with heart disease.

6. To conduct awareness campaigns, camps, lectures, seminars about the heart disease among the masses.

7. To support people with heart disease by regular health checkups & medical facilities.

8. To do rehabilitation of patient with heart disease.

9. To educate people with heart disease regarding diet, exercise, treatment and prevention.

10. Awareness creation through media and direct intervention at different target communities and beneficiaries.

11. To conduct seminar/conference for medical upliftment mainly in the field of Heart diseases.

12. Help the poor patients to undergo timely cardiac intervention / heart operations to have new lease of life.

13. To celebrate world heart day

14. To spread awareness on heart and other organ donation, collect and manage data on organ and blood donors, for use in times of need

15. To conduct research in heart disease care.
